Cancellation, Prepayment & Scheduling / Rescheduling Policy A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. Signed waiver and liability forms must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment. These forms will be sent to your preferred contact method. Without these completed forms we have a right to refuse services due to state regulations. ⸻ Permanent Makeup Services (PMU) Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all permanent makeup appointments. An invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid PMU appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least 24 hours notice. A rescheduling fee of $100 will be applied to the existing payment to hold the new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of payment. Failure to show up for a PMU appointment without notice will result in full forfeiture of payment. ⸻ Buy Now, Pay Later Policy Clients who prefer Buy Now, Pay Later options (such as Klarna or Afterpay) may request an in-person consultation. These payment options are available in person only and are selected by the client at checkout on their own device, subject to approval. Buy Now, Pay Later options are not available for invoices, online bookings, or virtual consultations. ⸻ Additional Terms Permanent makeup results may vary due to age, genetics and environmental factors. All sales are final once services have begun. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result in restricted online booking privileges. ——— Gratuity Gratuity is not included in our service pricing. While never required, gratuity is considered industry standard and is always greatly appreciated for exceptional service.
